Coaching at Greenwood

At Greenwood, we offer individual coaching for professional goals and growth as well as group coaching for leadership development.

Many of our professional conversations are based on curiosity, listening, curating the resources we have, focus and solutions, and working towards a hopeful and positive future.

What does our training look like?

Mary Gauthier, Executive Director of the Greenwood Centre for Teaching and Learning, holds OISE/U of T Certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Brief Coaching. Brief Coaching is a collaborative, dialogue-focused technique that encourages coachees to build on their strengths and to identify solutions to problems. Mary is also continuing her training in Master-level coaching.

With this background, Mary provides the following ongoing training for Greenwood staff:

Brief Coaching training for expert teachers
Coaching training within our school community for all leaders, emerging leaders, coordinators and Advisers
