Mr. Farbstein challenged his Tech Design students to learn about tools of the Stone Age.
Students were tasked with completing one of the following activities:
They could research ancient neolithic societies and the tools they made and the dwellings they lived in; or
They could use techniques they learned in class, like grinding, flaking and hammering, to make Stone Age tools using rocks, sticks and bones.
They had to look up who made the tools, how they were made and what they were made out of. They were also required to submit an orthographic drawing, a 2D drawing of a 3D object, of the tool they were making or something from neolithic societies they had researched.
