Music Night made a fantastic return to the Greenwood theatre on Monday, December 19. Visitors were welcome to attend in person and appreciate the array of talents showcased Monday night. Co-hosted by our Arts Committee executives, Rhiannon O’Brien ‘23 and Sydney Peel ‘23, the evening gave each performing group the opportunity to demonstrate their hard work and dedication over the term. Some of the Grade 7 and 9 students had not played their band instruments prior to September! For many groups, this was their first performance in front of a live audience.
We look forward to future performances by the students at other events, including our senior play, Puffs (tickets on sale now) and our full-school musical production of Newsies.

We acknowledge with gratitude the Ancestral lands upon which our main campus is situated. These lands are the Ancestral territories of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishinabek and the Wendake. The shared responsibility of this land is honoured in the Dish with One Spoon Treaty and we strive to care for the land, the waters, and all creatures in the spirit of peace. We are responsible for respecting and supporting the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples. When away from this campus we vow to be respectful to the land by protecting and honouring it. We will create relationships with the people and the land we may visit by understanding the territories we enter and the nations who inhabit them.
