Welcome Jessica Wroblewski, Executive Director, Advancement and Community Engagement

We are delighted to announce that Jessica Wroblewski has joined Greenwood College School as Executive Director, Advancement and Community Engagement.

Jessica is an award-winning fundraiser and community builder. She brings expertise from a variety of sectors, including independent schools, higher education, healthcare, international development and social services. Jessica joins Greenwood from the University of Waterloo, where she most recently held the role of Director, Annual and Planned Giving.

A true believer in life-long learning, Jessica is a PhD candidate in sustainability management at the University of Waterloo, with research interests in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy and volunteering. Prior to that, she completed a master’s degree in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership from Carleton University and obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation.

Jessica is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP). She received the AFP Outstanding Young Professional Award in 2017.

Jessica is excited to return to an independent school and feels passionate about Greenwood’s vision to provide students with an inclusive, engaging and character-building experience that prepares them to make a positive difference in the world. She looks forward to connecting with the Greenwood community and working together to help Greenwood achieve this vision through philanthropy, alumni relations, community engagement and communications.
